Checks and balances my foot! The Judicial branch has now become the TYRANT of blasphemy and sacrilege. Torture and murder are sanctioned with a total disregard for humanity or mercy.

Emma Lazarus must be turning over in her grave to know that this country has sunk so low that it indulges and pampers those who would commit murder against an innocent and helpless victim.

The terrorist attacks on 9/11 were not the "turning point" of this country; what is occurring right this moment with the murder of an innocent woman who has been denied justice IS.
