Now You Know

No, by the grace of God, you will NOT plead ignorance. You will NOT testify that you never knew any better because no one ever taught you anything better. You will not plead that you were never told.

When Non-Christians Attempt to Interpret the Bible. . .

. . . they fail miserably. However, they do succeed in demonstrating their ignorance and making laughingstocks out of themselves. See this website.

It's convenient to quote from the Old Testament books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy when one has no knowledge of the New Testament whatsoever. However, it's a stretch to presume to have the authority to tell Christians what they should or should not be doing when one is so totally ignorant about the New Testament:

Acts 10: 9-15

And on the next day, as they were on their way, and approaching the city, Peter went up on the housetop about the sixth hour to pray.

And he became hungry, and was desiring to eat; but while they were making preparations, he fell into a trance;

And he beheld the sky opened up, and a certain object like a great sheet coming down, lowered by four corners to the ground,

And there were in it all kinds of four-footed animals and crawling creatures of the earth and birds of the air.

And a voice came to him, "Arise, Peter, kill and eat!"

But Peter said, "By no means, Lord, for I have never eaten anything unholy and unclean."

And again a voice came to him a second time, "What God has cleansed, no longer consider unholy."

To the pure, all things are pure; but to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure, but both their mind and their conscience are defiled.

They profess to know God, but by their deeds they deny Him, being detestable and disobedient and worthless for any good deed. [Emphasis mine.]

You've been told and NOW YOU KNOW.
