Brian Nichols Update -- NABBED

The suspect in yesterday's Atlanta courthouse slayings, Brian Nichols has been nabbed.

Jeff Quinton of Backcountry Conservative has been all over this.

Fox News channel on cable television is reporting that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent that was slain prior to Nichols being captured was named David Wilhelm. Fox News has stressed that Nichols connection to the slaying of ICE agent David Wilhelm has not yet been confirmed officially.

Nichols was captured after a "hostage situation" in an apartment complex.
